The Official Author Debut and Book Launch Celebration
Join us on Saturday, September 21 for a time of food, fellowship and fun, as we celebrate author Joan-Lisa Shinault and her debut title, Supernatural Living Today! The festivities begin at 11:00 am with a scrumptious all you can eat brunch, which includes the upclose and personal fireside chat with the author and a exclusive book signing for brunch guests. Brunch tickets are $75 and $50, with and without the book respectively. Advanced ticket sales required.
At 1:00 pm the Book Launch Celebration continues with a brief program, followed by a general book signing. General admission for the Book Launch Celebration is free and all are welcome to attend. In addition, special guest vendors and artists will be sharing the platform with the author to debut or share their gifts, talents and creativity. Special guest vendors/artists include the following:

Author's Gratitude Birthday & Book Celebration
It's New Year's Eve and there's a lot that Author Joan-Lisa Shinault has to be grateful for as we prepare to close the year 2013 and prayerfully enter 2014. Joan-Lisa says, "As I reflect on this past year, I am fixated on giving my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ all the glory that is due unto Him, for all the great things He has done in my life. I am full of gratitude and my attitude is one of worship. Thank you Lord Jesus, my Master, Savior and Lover of my soul, for another year of living and may I make you prouder than ever in 2014 through my obedience to the call as your disciple and daughter."
Recently, she penned and posted on her Facebook page these words:
As I reflect, I acknowledge my gratitude to God for His steadfast love that never ceases. During this Christmas holiday season, we often reflect on the love expressed by God, in sending His only begotten Son as a gift to mankind for the salvation of our souls. After His birth and as a sign of worship some came in His presence to present gifts unto Him (gold, frankincense and myrrh (representing his royalty, priesthood and anointing). During this season I reflect upon the gifts bestowed upon me because of the Christ, the Anointed One and His Anointing, in and on my life. The question I pose to myself as well as you is, "What will you do with the rich treasures of God that have been opened unto you?"
Let the treasures and gifts God has placed in your life be open unto Him and come before Him as a sweet smelling savor. Give back to Him what is due unto Him, so that He will be glorified. It is really is our reasonable service and spiritual worship (Romans 12:1) to do so.
